The Well Dressed Window is a third-generation, family-owned, window treatment company started in Illinois. With a unique consultative approach to window design in mind, our family business was born in 2006. Selling strictly profit-based window designs may feel smart for some companies, but we’re not interested in that sales model. The expressed and envisioned needs of our clients will always be paramount in our window design work, ensuring sensible solutions and respected relationships. The Well Dressed Window has become a premier window treatment company in the industry thanks to the combined strengths of our founders–Greg and Bridget Mote. Greg’s strict adherence to principle and high standards for precision and communication, coupled with Bridget’s design expertise and keen ability to connect with the client, continues to fuel success in offering a superior window experience. Daughter to Bridget and Greg, Madeleine was raised in the industry. In 2017 she joined the team full-time to learn the ins and outs of the business while developing her own flair for design. In January 2023, she relocated to the Greater Nashville area and opened a new location as owner and principal designer where she continues to find joy in helping clients accomplish awe-inspiring window designs.
